Job Description:

As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our business' growth. Your primary responsibility will be to sign up new clients for our comprehensive marketing service packages. You will accomplish this through face-to-face meetings and remote calls. Additionally, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, following up on leads, etc.

  • Present, promote, and sell our marketing service packages to prospective clients

  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Compensation:

This position offers a commission-only compensation structure. You will receive $200 for each client sign-up and a residual of $20 every month that the client stays with us. There is no cap on earnings, providing an unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative..

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
